What is the Direct Channel?
The Direct Channel is, as indicated in the Code of Ethics and Legal Compliance, it is the confidential mechanism made available to INDRA Professionals and Collaborators, as well as other third parties with a legitimate interest to communicate any interpretative doubt of the Code of Ethics and regulations that develop it, as well as to immediately notify any infraction (i) related to the aforementioned Code of Ethics and development regulations, (ii) in the field of the European Union, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption and (iii) serious or very serious criminal or administrative violations, including those that imply economic loss for the Public Treasury and Social Securityand (iv) any other infractions or irregularities that can be reported through the internal channels of the companies in accordance with the legislation in force in each country.
Whistleblower guarantees:
- Submitted communications may be anonymous
- The strictest confidentiality will be maintained: only the people who manage the channel will have access to the communication and only they will communicate with the informant.
- Absence of retaliation for those who report in good faith.
